Skraper is a program that allows you to enrich your experience with retro video games, giving you quick access to millions of metadata with information of all kinds: from the release dates of each title to the cover art, including the number of players or genre. Thanks to this app you can get all this information and more, comfortably and quickly, directly on your PC.

Easy to configure

The first time you launch Skraper you will be able to log in with your user account. If you do not have an account, you can create a new one directly from the program itself or, if you prefer, you can log in as a guest. If you plan to use the app for a long time or on several different devices, you can spend a couple of minutes creating a user profile, but it is not essential. Whether you decide to create a user account or not, the first step in setting up the program is to wait a few minutes for all the necessary resources to download.

Over a hundred compatible systems

Skraper is compatible with approximately 190 different systems, although this number is only going up with each new update. This means that you can access the metadata of hundreds of thousands of different titles for all existing PCs and consoles. All this information is freely accessible thanks to the great number of people who, day after day, collect, classify, organize and share it, totally altruistically, for the benefit of the retro gaming community.

Impeccable presentation

From the Skraper configuration menu you can customize the appearance of the program's general interface, choosing between different color schemes and different ways of presenting metadata. Normally you can choose between two options: a composition of four images of the video game in question, or an image of the instruction manual. You choose whichever you prefer. You will have many other customization options at your disposal, all of them accessible from the options menu at the top of the interface.
